Q. What is the difference between a sativa and an indica?

A. Sativa plants generally stem from landraces around the equator, including Jamaica, Columbia, Africa, Thailand, Etc. Sativa flowers usually have fruitier flavors, coming from lighter, taller plants. Sativa are mostly classified as suited for daytime medicating, specifically having upbeat, motivational, and cerebral effects. Patients coping with such ailments as A.D.D, depression, migraines, and fatigue tend to find more relief with sativa strains.

Indica plants generally come from landraces out of afghanistan, pakistan, and nepal. These countries are known more for their hashish production, therefore indica flowers are generally more resinous. The plants themselves have a darker appearance, and stand much shorter and stouter. The indica floweres produce a much more lethargic and body oriented effect, making them generally a more suitable medicating choice for patients dealing with chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, and stomach issues such as Chrohns disease.

Q. Am I allowed to medicate at your facility?

A. NO. SHC does not allow medicating in or around the building.
